I wanted to work with Tri Fit Women's Ministry to give me accountability in my life. It definitely started as a health goal, but as the relationship grew, my body got healthier, it developed into seeing God work mightly in my life and having a Ministry advocate stand in agreement with me on other issues.
I am 40 lbs lighter than a year ago, I am healthier physically, spiritually, financially and of greater benefit to the Kingdom's work. Thank you to Joanne Bovee and the foundation of Tri Fit. What do you love most about your job?
I love having the opportunity to watch women transform through their wellness journey as they deepen their relationship with God. Each week I get to watch as they begin to feel alive and feel joy and freedom again! They start to feel seen, heard, loved, and valued. I love that I help them understand that self-care is not selfish and they are worthy of caring for themselves because of who God says they are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an amazing testimony of healing and restoration! God has done great things in my life and I have found freedom in the areas of overeating, anxiety, overwhelm, and depression. With a grateful heart I now share all I have learned to help others fulfill their purpose with joy!

Our faith based coaching program is set apart because we coach from a whole person approach to wellness address physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being and health. This means not matter what your goals are we are going to look at helping your achieve health and happiness in all of these areas because they each impact the other.
