Tri County Office Furniture

I had a service issue with a Herman Miller chair, which was covered under warranty and required replacing the adjustable arm.  I called Tri County, and they got right on it and ordered the part. Once the part arrived, Patrick their service tech contacted me and told me to bring the chair in for repair.  He completed the repair and free tune up in less than an hour !  The sales girls working up front were very friendly and helpful too.  Overall, great experience, and customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Great service! I needed to get the ribbon arms off of a Setu chair I purchased from Tri County 3 years ago (so that it will slide under a new, super low desk). Patrick could not have been nicer or more helpful in talking me through this.
