What do you love most about your job?
When you see pup after pup fundamently change for the better with just a couple of lessons, that is a recurring confirmation of doing good.
See the joy in the faces of the parents of those pups that are experiencing that change first hand is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for over 20 years in a business that catered to the industrial world and rarely hearing the words Thank You; it was my wife that encouraged me to look at Dog training. A passion that started as a hobby when I lived in Germany and never left me. I took on a trainer position and in short order was promoted to General Manager. As life would have it, the possibility of founding a company with a couple of other talented individuals presented itself and here we are.

Those years working in the industrial environment with engineers has shown me one thing, be truthful about what you / your product can and can not do. If you cannot supply what you have promised, you will lose big.
'Fixing' your furry friends issues is not magic. It will take time and commitment. Depending on the pup, some fixes may be very quick and seem magical. Most will require work, patience and persistence.

Lessons
We offer private lessons;
- The lessons may be just a couple to address a bad behavior issue, or
- The lessons may be our standard Shine in Nine program, designed to instruct you not only in how to train your pup new commands, but to help you understand your pup and grow with him/her as you train.
Board and Train
Board and train allows us to take you pup in for 2 to 3 weeks and work intensely with him/her. When finished, you, the parents will be asked to take your pup but return once a week for 6 weeks for training on how to work with you pup.
This service is recommended for those persons that have very little time to train with their furry friend or for those pups that have major behavior issues that need to be worked through.
