As a two bit company run by a woman who is illegally running an airbnb scam in a complex which does not allow sublets, this woman gigi fortune is the lowest person i can think of to running a business. Â With the constant parties at her illegal airbnb rentals and high infection of covid rates she brings in.How can you trust someone who also has fake profiles to increase their reviews. avoid this company, also Gigi last company went into chapter 11 and she lies. Worst company ever!!! They were overwhelmingly deceiving. By they, I mean the sales manager and the project manager. They did a walk through with me then had the nerve to complain that they were putting in too much time and effort. They even said that I didn't pay enough for the job that they quoted me On. Mind you, I paid 1600 for a full cleaning and sanitation. The funny thing is I never tried to bring their quote down, all I asked for was quality and transparency. The actual cleaners themselves were very hardworking and overall amazing but it's clear that the people running the company were the complete opposite. And to be completely honest I don't believe there was ever a sanitation due to the fact that the cleaners gave me the keys back, whom are separate from the sanitation team. HELLLOOOO..Where has this company been and why is everyone not using them?They literally offer Antiviral cleaning in your home. They came looking like something out of Star Wars, it was literally the most intense clean ive ever witnessed. Kindly, they let us stay around moving room to room while they sprayed this mystifier and used all types of technologies. It was amazing, one to watch, i don't understand it fully everything they did, all i know is the regular cleaning services ARE NOT doing this, I question if they're even killing any virus at all. I found this company on google and based on the video i saw i gave them a call, I hired Zap Pro Cleaners and tested them out for a clean on the property i own which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Marina del ray. they run promptly they came went over the property and quoted me 3 hours and on the same day and stayed until the job was completedThey cleaned the property and I have to say, it's amazing. I left the gentleman in my property until completed. The place was spotless. The wooden floors were machine polished and squeaky clean and he didn't miss any areas he gave it a real deep clean. He even removed the stickers that you get on new dishwashers and washing machines. The stickers had been on for so long you had to scrape them off with fingernails but he had the right products and he whizzed them off! Very happy and i even used them again for my office, all i can say again is wow and thank you i recommend zap pro with a sincere heart you guys are life savers and will use again.
