Hello there! My name is Adrienne and I offer life coaching and spiritual direction.
I am a teacher of meditation and offer dreamwork services. I am well versed in various types of meditation as well as personalized visualization and mindfulness; I can help you find the right fit for YOU.
My dreamwork is geared for those who would work with their own nocturnal dreams in order to make progress utilizing the symbolic or metaphoric messages from their own psyche.
