At critical times in my professional career and personal life, individuals at Trebuchet Group have been there to coach and guide me. Diana’s one on one coaching sessions helped me uncover the road blocks that were preventing me from being successful at work and taught me principles to help me lead upward instead of stay frustrated with my management team. Chris’s ability to lead a group through a transition is incredible. How he can turn hostilities into insightful dialogues is inspiring. Individually the are both exceptional; however, combined with their talent team, they are invaluable. Words can’t give them enough of a recommendation for how their insights and friendship have blessed my life. More...

Q&As

I love helping people recognize their amazing strengths and opening them up to seeing things in new ways. I see myself as a thinking partner, enabling my clients to spiral up into new ways of thinking and solutions that work for them. I really enjoy when my clients shift their perspective to see a situation with different possibilities, and I can hear the tension in their voice be replaced by calm and confidence.

I have been lucky to have many experiences in my career - serving in the US Air Force, doing manufacturing process engineering and quality systems for Motorola, and managing technical projects for several companies before joining my husband in a small business helping teams. I decided to take a coach training program through Blue Mesa Coaching as a way to build my skills. I found I really enjoy coaching others and decided to make it a bigger part of my job! I get to bring in my experiences working with others, including the many lessons I've learned as a mother of four, as a Toastmaster, from my faith journey, and my service on non-profit boards and other community involvement. I've had many mentors and coaches along my path, and I am glad to support others through coaching.

If you are reading this, you have probably been successful in the past, in a very steady way. You are the one people count on to make things happen. You are the one who steps up and organizes others to use their strengths to accomplish the goals of the group. You naturally create systems to make work easier and more consistent for everyone.
The dark side of this, is you can be too intense in promoting your ideas even though you don’t mean to intimidate others. You can get frustrated when others don’t follow through, and end up just doing things yourself. You can find yourself always making plans, rather than being present with the people who are with you, right now.
If this sounds familiar, read on.
My name is Diana. I have a track record of success in putting in new quality systems and managing engineering projects to develop new technical products. When I took over operations for our consulting business, I helped our company triple revenues in 7 years.
And these days, I am a coach, to people like you. I help others see where their communications and assumptions are getting in their way. I help them decide where they want to go and create new success.
If you want a partner to help you in spiraling up your thinking and your possibilities, let’s have a conversation.
