What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing people see real meaningful change and being a part of making happier, healthier lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Jessica and Tim Allred cofounded Treat Counseling. Jessica, our clinical director, is an incredible therapist and has helped so many people over the years. She had personal experience with postpartum depression and anxiety which led her to become a PMHC. She also is a certified Hypnotherapist. She decided to expand to a group practice and help train our other clinicians to be the best of the best.
Tim has his degree plus 20 years experience in business management. He is passionate about our mission as well and he helps with the administrative side so that Jessica and the clinicians can focus on helping our clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our primary goal as a group practice is to provide high level therapy by making sure our clinicians are the best of the best. Our clinicians are masters level or higher in their schooling and each has goals to constantly learn and grow in their specialties.

We can absolutely provide virtual/online sessions to our clients. It is completely up to the individual client whether they prefer face to face or virtual therapy.

We accept many insurance plans and also offer cash rates starting at $75 per session.
We have clinicians who specialize in many different areas of mental health.
