Travertine Market

In searching for a very specific color and type of marble, we found it online at Travertine Market. We visited the store just one hour before closing, but were greeted by Christina, who was friendly and so helpful. They have a huge selection, which meant we could find everything we needed in one place. We found the marble, and it was as perfect as it looked online. With Christina's help, we found just the right mosaic accent tile, a beautiful complementary tile for the shower floor, and gorgeous marble sinks - all at affordable prices. The owner, Ali, was also very knowledgeable and stepped in several times to help us find the best product at the best cost. Most importantly, we were treated like we were their most important customer. Every question was answered graciously, and even though it was the end of the day, we did not feel rushed. I have been to so many tile stores on State College Blvd. and I went to this shop for several times for our master bathroom remodeling also, and I am so glad tht at my last visit to this store I saw this beautiful tiles, Golden Bella (marble), for a great price! Our new remodeled master bath room came out so beautiful. We liked these tiles so much, we decided to remodel our guest bathroom with this tile, too. I took off 1 star because they don't take back left over tiles like other stores. I miscalculated the number of tiles & have more than 20 tiles left over. More...

My wife and I were so very impressed with the knowledge and customer service orientation of Ali from Travertine Market. Ali's responsiveness was unbelievable. He somehow responded to us in less than one minute each time. Furthermore, the product Ali found and delivered saved our kitchen remodel. We were very disappointed with the tiles we received from our first supplier. We tried Ali, and his product was so superior we decided to rip up the tiles which had already been cemented in place! I have great experience in the Travetine Market, I have been there three times to buy different kinds of natural stones for my new big house floors, bath rooms and counters from them. They have a wide variety and they offer the best price compared any other stores on the street. The owner Ali is very knowledgeable ,helpful, and very patience . Every time he takes lot of times to help me choose the right stone and color to match my house. I am very happy that I don't need to go shopping around because I know at this place I can get the material I wanted and also with the best price.
Thank you very much Ali for saving me lot of time and money. I definitely will come back again for my next project!
