This place is amazing, the people that work there are so supportive and want you to have a good time. They help you find the courage to take that leap off the plat form and swing through the air like Tarzan. You are harnessed in, around your waist and there’s a net underneath you so it is completely safe. So relax and have the time of your life. What a very nice added adventure to our trip to SD. This is a family owned business that made us feel like we were at home. First timers here and if we lived nearby we would come back often, we will for sure add Trapeze High to our must to do list when we come back to San Diego. The staff are friendly, encouraging, and fun. My fiance and I really enjoyed the class we took. It was our first time doing something like this. They gave clear instructions on what to do, and they had us swinging and doing backflips in no time. I would highly recommend this to anyone. What a rush!! I took my employees here for a team-building outing and we had a blast! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and funny, and always made you feel like your safety was their number one priority. They did a great job of explaining the different positions and commands. Great space and friendly family staff. So many toys to play on and friends to be made. This spot gets pretty warm. In the summer so I highly recommend bringing lots of water and wearing sunblock. Trapeze may not be for me, but it is for my tween daughter! The life lessons she is learning there about perseverance, listening to directions and self-confidence are unquantifiable. Because of these lessons, she feels unique yet still apart of something. She is so proud when she tells others about what she does during lessons. I may still be afraid of heights, but I am a whole lot less afraid of having a teenage daughter because of Trapeze High.
