I cannot say enough about Liam and how amazing he is. I rescued Brennan, a 1.5 year old German Shepherd mix, who had a biting problem. Before meeting Liam, I was about ready to pull my hair out I was so frustrated and couldn’t see how I could fix this. I found Transfurmation Training, and it has made a world of difference. Liam’s approach to actually understanding the root of the problem and tailoring training to what is needed has been a complete joy to work with, and I look forward to every session! Liam and Emily are the perfect mix between professional trainers/groomers and down to earth animal loving people. I have a 4 month old Australian cattle dog that is nothing short of a nutcase and Liam is great at explaining and showing me how to make him the best friend he’s fully capable of being. I took him in because I was having big trouble with spouts of aggression, particularly when I picked him up. I adopted a 6 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who needed some help with basic obedience and reactivity in public. Liam is a fantastic trainer. We first worked on public access training for my service dog and Hobbes gave my dog Callie cues to follow in her own language. As a dog owner, I learned how to lead my dogs, positive training techniques, and Liam addressed concerns with our other dogs, one who is aggressive. The Legendary Hobbes is truly a remarkable training partner. Her exploits are numerous and incredible and her successes life saving for her human partner, who could be considered an “animal whisperer”. Liam and Hobbes were vital instructors in training me and my service dog, Buddy, from the moment of choosing what kind of breed would work best for my needs to understanding my responsibilities as a service dog handler and everything in between.
