My transformative coaching model focuses on getting the client from where they are to where they want to go, goal attainment. Once the goals are reached, one can enjoy the desired results. I received my MSW in 1981 and my PhD in 1993. I offer a 20 minute complimentary discovery session.

What do you love most about your job?
I’m a 78 y/o coach who loves to use my gifting to help people. I combine life experiences, education, and gifting to help you transform your life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe that starting my business was an assignment/calling on my life. I have provided direct social work services, done counseling for individuals and couples, manager in youth and family agency, provided consulting and training to agencies. I was also a professor in a graduate and undergraduate social work program.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients who choose me will receive the best coaching (and counseling if needed. I was a licensed certified social worker. Currently, I’m a certified coach. I have also been trained in inner healing. I have the ability to meet a client’s needs during a session.

I can provide services remotely and in person. Confidentiality is important to me, therefore, I assure clients that all sessions are kept confidential.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have provided services remotely. If clients choose to see me in person, I wear a face mask.

I offer transformative counseling and coaching sessions. I use a positive strength approach.
