What do you love most about your job?
As a life coach, I love the fact that I get to help people achieve their coaching goals so they can be the best person they want to be. My experience as a mental health professional has helped me identify techniques that can help my clients minimize stress, prevent burnout, and process their emotions effectively as part of staying on top of their emotional health. Interpersonal relationships are vital for our well-being as well and we are impacted when those relationships are not going well. I have years of experience teaching my clients how to improve their communication skills, learn effective communication skills and set healthy boundaries that help improve interpersonal relationships.

I have a Ph.D. in Education, a Master's degree in Social, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am a licensed clinical therapist and a certified professional life coach. I have years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals. My approach is a collaborative and strengths-based approach within a safe, non-judgemental coaching session
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My coaching sessions are done remotely via Zoom. Clients will receive a Zoom link approximately 24 hours before their session.
