Transformations Health and Healing is a comprehensive wellness program that specializes in a non-diet approach to weight loss. We partner with our clients to evaluate their health and wellness needs and prescribe a program that GETS RESULTS. Clients are pair with a registered dietitian and work with a personal trainer to customize a fitness program; both tailored to fit client's needs, availability and goals.
