I went to see Nathalie for a 30 minute tarot card reading. I originally found her on her other business page The Red Lotus. She is someone with a beautiful energy, kind, sweet, funny, sincere, but direct in a very loving way. The wellness center is very welcoming with all the different products, set up so nicely. I'd been having issues with some pains and disturbances in my body and wanted to try Reiki. Michelle came highly recommended, so I decide to commit. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and anticipated. The atmosphere and space Michelle holds is relaxing and beautiful. She radiates warmth and has a playful energy about her. She listened attentively as I answered her questions about my body and what my state was. She made me as comfortable as possible, soothed my senses with the ambiance and began her work. She focused on the tightening on my hip, the pain on my foot and my knee, and set to align the energy flow in my chakras. I don't know how many times I fell asleep, but I was so relaxed. By the end of the session I felt light yet grounded and much more aligned. Physically, mentally and spiritually. Michelle not only energized me but also found the root of my problem. My hip was so tight, it had been pulling my leg upwards and my right leg was shorter than my left almost 2 inches. That explained the hip, knee and foot pain. She suggested a chiropractor, Yoga and stretching, a salt bath and drinking lots of water, tea and self care for next few days. I was referred to Nathalie by a friend when I was going through a very hard time. I was a little skeptical but desperate for  some help and guidance. I trusted my friend so I went with an open mind. IM SO GLAD I DID! It was not at all what I expected. I really didn't even have to tell Nathalie what I was going through she told me! Her intuitive coaching is amazing. I've been to traditional therapists on and off for years. I felt like I was the one always talking and was always left frustrated. She has helped guide me through a move, relationships and job changes. And when working with Nathalie it all goes so much smoother and you don't have the fear as the overwhelming emotion. I have been going to Nathalie for years and absolutely love the Transformation Wellness Center in Downtown Torrance! I go to Natalie for healings and coaching and this lady has a true gift. I am a business owner and have two kids so I don't get to her as often as I would like. So when I do finally get to her I am usually stressed and have some anxiety issues going on. Everytime I leave my treatment I feel lighter, more focused and my anxiety is gone. Natalie has given me lots of direction in both my personal and business life which has been extremely helpful and life changing. Nathalie also offers a monthly subscription of spiritual pouches delivered to you. I get so excited when I open mine up each month. Every month it's different but I've received beautiful stones or crystals, incense, candles, bath salts, jewerly, a meditation, etc. For me it makes me take some much needed time for myself as I read the meditation, light the incense and use the stones or crystals to better my life. I have been going to Nathalie for almost 2 years. I receive a number of sessions and usually go in once every/every other month. The Reiki healing and an in-depth analysis of my chakra blockages, is probably my favorite type of session (personally) because I enjoy her ability to calm my nerves and hone in on dealing with personal issues. Life coaching with Nathalie has been the most rewarding because if you focus on solving the matter versus some person saying "how are you feeling today?", it does wonders. Nathalie makes sure to implement goals and strategies in order to help grow out of/past the limits we may think to be stuck in. I also have a monthly subscription pouch which is kind of like a mini care package filled with healing stones, candles, necklaces, and a detailed description on a typed up paper as to how each item in the pouch is a useful tool to continue our individual journey. Make sure to attend her public group events because she has delivered messages from passed on loved ones, taught us about forms of meditation, and helped her clients to understand the importance of understanding that her form of work IS FOCUSED ON OUR LONG TERM POSITIVE WELL-BEING. (wanted to put that in caps because a lot of people can shy away from true healing). Ultimately, I will leave you with this: Anyone who begins the journey to becoming the best version of themselves, needs a Nathalie. You may not always want her, but you need her, because her tools will make parts of you grow that you didn't even realize you could grow. With this package I work with the person for 4 weeks on a weekly basis. Here's a snapshot of what you get:

What inspired you to start your own business?
To answer this question on how I develop and open the Transformation Wellness Centers, is probably best that I explain a little bit of my journey. I just did not take a class and became a healer or an intuitive coach. This path for me is a passion, one that I have lived from as young as I can remember.

I come from a family of "gifted" people; my grandmother was a medium, my mother is a reader, and I showed from a very young age abilities to connect with the non-physical world. I spent many years developing, learning and understanding this ability. I consider myself a student of life as it is truly fascinating to me. I spent many hours and money learning various healing tools and healing methods as I believe that the ability to help people is a true blessing.

I went through many very difficult challenges in my life, and my healing is not just about energy healing to help the physical body, but also emotional healing through the spiritual coaching.
I healed many of my devastating traumas from child abuse to health drastic issues. I wanted to show people of all walks of life, backgrounds and life circumstances that they can always get back up and create something of truth, passion, value and love. By releasing my past and my behaviors that no longer worked for me, I started teaching others how they can do the same: I watched as the weight lifted off them too!
They could see that, them too, could follow their dreams and passion! I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping others cast off their past, build better habits and behaviors, and nurture their professional and personal lives simultaneously. Too good to be true? I don’t think so, after all I did it!

I am compassionate but will drive clients to results, actions and changes. I believe in a short amount of sessions, someone can drastically experience changes they need in their life to live at their fullest.
This is about learning and executing! I work with clients who are truly ready and because of my psychic medium abilities, I can guide them to their self-blockages and limiting beliefs.
