Flexible dieting is a term used simply for the tracking of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fats) in order to achieve a body composition goal. I have used this tool to individualize meal plans for all of my clients and ALL have seen results doing so. I, myself was at a fat loss plateau and this method help me lose my last 5% of body fat.

Training consistently, at least 4 days a week with the proper resistance training and dietary program + guidance will get you where you need to be. I don't believe in fad diets, calorie counting or any kind of "fat burning supplements". A sustainable program is the healthiest and easiest way to go about changing your body and life.

I have helped numerous clients get to their body composition goals with formulas that no other trainer on the market has access to. I have helped clients with hashimoto's disease, hypothyroidism and much more.

My health coaching background has allowed me to look deeper into a persons life and find factors that were hindering their fat loss goals. For those of you who have lost hope, I understand that you believe dieting and exercise is the ONLY solution. There are so many factors that need to be taken into consideration other than a simple training program. Everyone is bio-chemically different and our bodies are changing every day, every month, every year. I believe that's what trainers need to start being aware of and make it a priority to individualize programs based on a number of different physiological and psychological factors.
