The decision to train with Eddy Blanco has been life changing! He has help me love the gym and not be afraid to lift weights. Eddy is knowledgeable and knows what he offers is beneficial for us. He not only is our trainer but a nutritionist that go hand in hand with each other, that is if you want to see results within yourself . I train each day of the week Since I started on January 2017 and Within 9 months I have change so much . I have gone from 209lbs to 167lbs . Something I learned with him is To never look at the number on the scale because muscles are more dense then fat. Alway go by your body fat percentage. I really enjoy the variety and challenges I face each day. I would recommend Eddy to anyone looking to loose FAT & gain muscle .
