What do you love most about your job?
All of us at Transcend Security Solutions feel that protecting people and assets is a rewarding job. People feel safe and have a peace of mind knowing that someone or some technology is around to protect them. They are often grateful for the presence of security, and this, as mentioned, is as rewarding as it gets.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Company was originally formed in 2014 to specifically take advantage of the significant gaps, weaknesses, and inadequacies our Founders witnessed from a distance, and most importantly, experienced firsthand within the security industry. We wanted to differentiate the Company by emphasizing professionalism, quality of the Security Professional, value for the cost of services, and overall customer satisfaction/service to the client.

Transcend Security is currently one of Arizona’s largest private security firms. The Company was created after long stints by its Founders at the two largest international security firms. As mentioned, the Company was formed specifically to take advantage of the significant gaps, weaknesses, and inadequacies our Founders witnessed from a distance, and most importantly, experienced firsthand within the security industry. Yes. Our security technology offerings are monitored 24/7 by our Transcend Security Operations Center (TSOC) and can be monitored anywhere in the world.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Transcend Security followed Covid-19 guidelines as they came out nationally from the CDC (Center for Disease Control), as well as locally from the Arizona Department of Health Services. These guidelines changed dramatically and periodically, and as such, Transcend Security changed as well.
