I have been to many therapists over the years with no results. Some made me feel worse about myself and others were very unprofessional. Also, many don't take insurance. Therefore, I was very leary about going to another although it was needed. Since I have been out of work for 2 years and due to health issues can't drive too far, I was looking for a therapist who was nearby and accepted insurance. To my surprise, I found exactly what I was looking for at Tranquil Solutions Counseling Center in Downingtown. Not only do they take insurance (if you don't have insurance, will work with you), but is 10 minutes away from me. I contacted the director of Tranquil Solutions, Mindy Bell, to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. Mindy made me feel so comfortable that I felt like I was chatting with a friend and didn't feel like I was being judged. I highly recommend Tranquil Solutions.
