I love this place! I signed up for the 6-week fitness challenge almost a year ago. During the challenge, I took the strength and conditioning classes and followed the nutrition plan the coaches devised for me. I lost more than 8% body fat in those 6 weeks. More importantly, I discovered a gym that suits me! I am not very motivated to go to the gym and decide for myself what to do. At TrAk there are classes all day, which target different muscle groups on certain days with conditioning mixed in, and other days focused more on conditioning alone. I love showing up knowing that the coaches have a unique daily class plan and are also knowledgeable about finding alternatives to accommodate injuries. Although I'm sort of an introvert, I've discovered that the group energy of a class holds me accountable and makes challenging classes fun. I became a full member after my 6-week challenge, and I've managed to keep the weight off, sleep better, and have much more energy. The owners and coaches treat members like family. After only one week, I can say that I really enjoy this gym! The one hour workout sessions are comprised of various weight and cardio circuits that the coach explains at the beginning of the class. The coach will help members modify exercises if necessary. I like the gym because members work at their own ability and are not rushed to move faster or pressured into lifting more than their comfort zone. TrAk is a great place to be - no matter your fitness level. They never make you feel like you are asking dumb questions on how to do something, the environment is very positive, their trainers are encouraging and non judge mental and just want to see you be the best you you can be! !! The members are also encouraging can be counted on for a good morning nod at 5 am or a big high 5 once you have all recovered your breath at 5:55 am! More...

TrAk is a special place. It's not like other gyms you've been to. The programs TrAk offers are the real deal. The best way for me to sum it up is that I've never been a morning person, and now I look forward to the 6am class. The best part is that no one cares if you're young, old, in shape, out of shape, obese or skinny. They're happy you showed up, and they're rooting for you to succeed. It's taken me seven months...but I officially love TrAk Athletics. I've always dreaded going to the gym (and some days that's still true) but thanks to the coaches, members and the fun dynamic, it's become something I actually look forward to. Very thankful to have found TrAk!

This is the first workout class in many years. The staff is amazing. They coached me through the workout. I was slower than people that have previously worked out. TrAk is LIFE CHANGING! I started with doing the 6-week challenge and lost over 9% body fat in such little time. Not only do you get the best of the best nutrition plan, coaches and workouts, you’re immediately welcomed into a supportive, family-like community. .. absolutely the best! I’ve been apart of the TrAk Fam for about 8 months now and I can’t thank them enough for changing the workout game - it’s exciting, gives results and is actually FUN! I originally signed up for the 6 week challenge, but quickly changed my membership to a year. The TrAk family is fantabulous! !! Everyone is super supportive and encouraging. I actually look forward to working out and find myself disappointed when I can’t make it to the gym. I lost 4% body fat in my first 6 weeks and that was after realizing I had been measuring my food incorrectly for the first 4.5 weeks; so I can only imagine that my body fat loss would have been even higher. Life changing! One year ago I decided I looked and felt old but my mind said I’m still young. So I took on the T12 challenge and haven’t stopped since. Dropped 20+ pounds and lost over 10% body fat. Could not have done it without my TrAk Fam. The knowledge and support of the entire staff is second to none. Trak has been just what my husband and I needed. The coaches are very encouraging throughout the workout and accommodating if an exercise needs to be altered. I have never been one to go to the gym and work out on my own. Trak pushes me to do things that I wouldn't typically do. This was a fantastic jump start to my journey. This six week challenge has been amazing! I did the challenge remotely from BC and still felt connected to the people in Ohio while I lost 15. 2 lbs. The meal plan is easy enough to choose good foods from and the recipes in the recipe book are awesome. I think I tried all of them. My workouts were challenging but awesome. It was personalized for me half way thru as I had surgery on my hand so was limited to lower body and core and the workouts were still awesome. Checking in on FB helped me feel connected and the she support from others was great! I would recommend this six week challenge to everyone. Many of my friends and colleagues asked me what I was doing and I told them to check out TrAk. I only wish I lived closer so I could come visit and experience a live workout with the coaches. Joining TrAk has been the best decision I ever made. I am completing the 6 week challenge and I’ve never felt better. I never was a person that liked going to the gym or even enjoyed working out. TrAk had completely changed that for me and now I wake up looking forward to going to the gym! I can not say enough amazing things about this place! I'm so bummed I didn't find this gem sooner. I have always been apart of gyms but trAK is far more than a gym. I was blown away by how welcoming the coaches were from day 1!!! They all made me feel completely comfortable and we're incredibly motivating. I can't believe I have to leave this place and these people behind ! Leaving Akron is far harder than I ever expected and trAk is for sure a big reason why! TrAk Athletics is amazing. Everyone from the coaches to other people in classes are really friendly, helpful, and supportive. If you have any physical limitations (ie arthritis, fibromyalgia, tendinitis) the coaches will help you modify the workout to fit your needs. The 6 week challenge helped make me want to workout and eat healthier. It’s easy to follow and I plan on continuing my meal and workout plan. If you are considering TrAk, the best advice I could give you is get through that door and try a couple of classes. You won't regret it. You know how they say follow your bliss? Well I follow it right to TrAk. It is the best decision I've made to upgrade my happiness in a long time! The coaches are outstanding, the program is well thought out and based on science, the facility is great, and the vibe is just all-around fabulous. I consistently look forward to my workouts because of this place. I'm never bored. I love the energy, the camaraderie, and the friendly competition. I am really pleased with my results from the 6 week challenge. In the beginning, my motivation was pretty much for aesthetic reasons. .. but after a few weeks I noticed that I was sleeping better, I had more energy and I was more conscious about the food I ate. I just finished the 6 week challenge and had my final check in today. In forty short days I learned healthy eating and meal planning. I met so many awesome and encouraging people that are truly interested in each individual and their needs. I was literally drug there by my wife that took the initiative on her own to sign up for the challenge. I am that person that doesn’t like a typical gym atmosphere. From the second I walked in I knew it was different. I couldn’t get enough of going TrAk. I could go on and on about my experience with words but I think sharing our results in 6 weeks should do the trick for anyone thinking about joining. In 6 weeks I lost 34.2 pounds and 9.3% body fat. My wife lost 25 pounds!!!! Yes those are real results. We loved this so much that we are going to keep going. After my weigh in I shared my results with one of the coaches and told him I had joined the gym. He summed it up with four simple words. “Welcome to the family”. That’s what TrAk is like, family. What can I say about TrAK Athletics, Well let's see all the coaches are great to work with and have the greatest determination to see all success and everybody that comes if you're new to this you'll feel like and I can't do this but after your 6 weeks today is my last day of my 6 weeks you feel great about yourself you see success in yourself and that's what they give to you by giving you the knowledge that they have and the willpower that they give out to see the success after my 6 weeks. Joining trak has been one the best things I could've done for myself. Starting the 6 week challenge, I didn't expect to see any change in myself. Having completed the challenge, I feel more like my old self with exercising (but I know I still have work to do). I feel more energized than I did before and I have gained a newfound willpower that I didn't know I had. A willpower that won't allow myself to gain back all that body fat and all those pounds that I've lost. The coaches and the people make the workouts what they are, even some of the hardest workouts don't seem that bad when you're at trak, because the people are all so awesome. I especially love that the coaches are so accommodating to each person in the class, no matter shape, weight or size. I feel like a lot of gyms would overlook someone doing the wrong form or wrong movement, but these coaches really care! This truly is a judgement free environment and I'm so thankful my sister talked me into trying it out! More...

I've been waiting to rate simply because I wanted to do them justice. But the simplest way to put it is that TrAk is special. ..from the owners to the trainers all the way to the members. It's more than just a gym. It's getting together with your friends and family and carving away at the weakness, the insecurities, the fears, etc. that you carry around with you every day, until you unearth the BEST parts of yourselves...and you're doing it TOGETHER. Everyone there has their own stories to tell...but when we get together to grind it out, we're all the same and we're all supporting each other through whatever BS we're dealing with that day. I've only just begun to scratch the surface at TrAk, but I already feel incredibly blessed to have finally stumbled my way through their doors. I can't speak highly enough about TrAk athletics!! For the longest time, I couldn't find the motivation to work out and lose weight. I took the six-week challenge and lost nearly 8% body fat and 30.4 lbs. Plain and simple it was TrAk athletics!!! I followed their plan for me and the results just happened. Having never joined a gym before, I had no idea what to expect but Lauren, Dave and the whole crew made my experience wonderful. The atmosphere at TrAk is totally chill with NO JUDGEMENT. From Lauren and Dave to trainers: Jonmichael, James and Jacy and all the other members, we were in it together. The most important aspect for me, however, was the knowledge gained. I have a much better understanding about nutrition and exercise and am more equipped at sustaining good health going forward!! Everyone at TrAk genuinely cares about your well-being, and they will all help along your journey. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't do it. TrAk Athletics is for real!! The owners and coaches have cultivated a family like atmosphere that allows for physical gains and a support system to give you the best opportunity to reach your goals.
