My name is Reuben Weiner. I am a former Eco Tour Guide who struggled with my weight my entire life. I could never sustain a healthy diet despite being someone who was very active both in what I did for work and being a regular at the gym. During covid, the gym went away and my weight and mental health took a turn for the worst.

Reuben has been a truly amazing guide in my fitness journey and in helping me attain my goals. At this point I am just about halfway to my goal weight and I feel more confident and overall better in my day to day. So much of that is owed to Reuben and his consistent efforts and dedication to help me reach my goals. I help clients achieve their fitness goals with a step by step program that we sit down and craft together. From the consultation to the workouts to the nutrition, we embark on this journey together. We work together to build a sustainable program that fits your specific goals and needs.

Consistency. Every single client I have had success with have one thing in common: they built sustainable habits through being intentional and consistent with what they were doing. While the specific things done will be different for each individual, the most important thing is to do whatever it is you choose to do consistently.

I love when we get a few months into a program and a client comes to me, talking about their cheat meals and how those meals have become higher quality. Making great changes includes treating yourself to higher quality meals once in a while.

I always loved the idea of working for myself. It allows me to deliver the best service because I am able to be in it purely for the clients.

I am someone who wasn’t from a fitness family or naturally athletic. Growing up, I was picked on quite a bit. I have had to fight tooth and nail for everything I have, and I have experienced losing weight with no support system and no plan of attack. This journey is not an easy one, but neither is the mental strife of wondering if you’ll ever be able to change your life and lead a happier, healthier lifestyle. I’ve been there. I know what its like. I am here to provide you with the support system you need to succeed in your journey, both during our time together and beyond.

I provide online/remote services through facetime and zoom as well.

I am amendable to any specialty needs you may have due to the risk of disease. Please let me know of these before we begin any program.
