I specialize in pain recovery and pre/post natal care, but I have had lots of experience with a variety of clients and goals. I graduated from BYU in dietetics, so I am also uniquely qualified to guide you with your nutrition goals in addition to your fitness goals.

I design workout program specifically for each client and their needs individually, so every movement that we do is focused on helping them achieve their goals. We set goals together for you to do on your own, and I check in frequently throughout the week to make sure you are following your goals and providing assistance so you can do so successfully. I also teach clients about nutrition, and help them set and maintain nutritional goals. I do this to not only help achieve the fitness goals faster, but also to emphasize overall health and wellness habits in their daily lives. I want the changes we make together to last long after we stop meeting together.

My absolute favorite thing is when a client tells me how what we are doing together has affected their lives in a positive way. Grandmas able to have the energy and movement to enjoy playing with their grandkids again, new moms and dads able to hold their little one as long as needed, athletes achieving greater confidence and endurance to perform better...these are just some examples of why I love what I do.

I worked as a personal trainer at a gym, and even managed the personal training department for a while. I quit when I had my first baby so I could devote all my attention to being the best momma I could be for him. I decided to start my own business after several old clients reached out to me, asking me to train them still. Now, I love being able to continue working in the career that I love and helping people in the best way that I can while still being in full control of my schedule so I can still meet the needs of my little one too.
