Training for Warriors Savannah is a special place. Whether you're in killer shape and looking to get in even better shape or just looking to start out. This is the place for you! The atmosphere of the "Dojo" is extremely welcoming thanks to the awesome coaches and other members ("familia"). Each coach truly cares about you and wants to see you succeed and hit your goals. Everyday provides new fun and challenging workouts and the hours of operation are super flexible to accommodate a variety of schedules, whether it be super early (5am) or after work (7pm). I signed up for the 6 week challenge and was not in the best shape and I wasn't where I wanted to be health wise. I was ready for a change. Going through this program I lost 5.7% body fat and gained nearly 5 pounds of muscle! I feel great and my outlook on exercising and eating more healthy has changed for the better! I am extremely grateful to have stumbled across TFW Savannah, they've helped to change my life and provided me with the tools and knowledge to continue my progress.
