I have been a trainer for over 8 years now and still love what I do. During this time I have acquired multiple certifications and done endless research to continue to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I primarily focus on Women's Fitness and helping them utilize their stage of life to optimize their fitness results.

Together we evaluate and/or set SMART goals in order to know what we are working towards. I then use this information to create a personalized plan starting where my client is. Depending on the plan chosen by my client, we will then work together to complete the training plan, keep proper form, support, encourage, and check in as needed.

There is no secret. There is no magic pill or special fix. It takes handwork and dedication to reach your goals. It will not happen overnight and it likely won't happen in just 30 days. I like to be upfront with my clients that this is not a quick fix so I do not set false expectations. It won't be easy, but I promise you, it will be worth it.

Training to me is so much more than a number on a scale. I love the non-scale wins, building back lost confidence, and just watching my clients be completely bada$$.

As a lifelong athlete, my coaches inspired me to be a coach. I have worked in all facets of fitness and wanted to be able to reach more people through my own business as opposed to working for someone else.

Yes, I have an app as well as Zoom, FaceTime, and Skype. However we need to work together to complete our sessions together, we can make it work!

Hour long, one on one personal training sessions done virtually through FaceTime, Zoom, etc.

Month long training package to be completed on own. Monthly coaching includes weekly check-ins, form analysis, access to training app, and more!
