For me personally, I had quite a few things I was looking for when it came to a personal trainer, and after 12 consults with 12 different trainers, Julie was the only one who was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns about my injuries and my overall physical condition. She was straightforward about what she could help with. She’s quick to respond about workouts, stretching, and nutrition. Her app is extremely user-friendly and she also has step-by-step directions for the health app.
Now that I have been able to train with her (on FaceTime from across the country which I was skeptical about) I 100/100 recommend her to any and everyone no questions asked.

Julie has been a great personal trainer for me. She is very professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I finally feel like I’m going in the right direction with my weight loss and have seen great results! 10 lbs down in a month like I never was able to do that on my own! With her meal plan for me I have a better understanding of what I need to eat and don’t feel like it’s impossible or too restrictive. I also love how we start slow with the workouts. It’s really encouraging instead of overwhelming. I’ve only been working with her for a month and have a long way to go but Julie does a great job and I do appreciate her. More...
