Jon has been my personal trainer for 12 months. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Jon's well thought out combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goal setting. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and ultimately his clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for a new healthier lifestyle! For those of us that travel for work, he is extremely flexible when it comes to schedules and like Jon his clients are also genuine, friendly people which makes for an awesome time at bootcamp. Jon has a way of pushing you through what you don't think you can do simply by believing in you until you believe in yourself. I continue to get stronger and more confident in each session...proof is in the pudding. ..30+lbs less, toner and more confident! Thanks Jon! More...

I have been doing bootcamp classes since December and really enjoy it! Not only is Jon Bowie amazing and motivating but the other clients are so friendly and encouraging. Jon is so full of health and nutrition advice and genuinely cares for each of his clients fitness goals. I have trained with 3 other trainers and Jon by far has been my favorite. Jon has played a huge role in getting me into shape w/both personal training and bootcamp. Always suggesting what to eat and when to eat it! He encourages me to do things I thought I could never do! And all in a way that makes you want to do those impossible things! More...

I like working out with Jon and the other ladies in the bootcamp. I don't feel judged if I can't quiet do the exercises, Jon will work with you until you have "perfect" form. He makes it challenging and fun.

I think Jon is fantastic. He has great workout routines that keep you going! He continues to motivate and push you to be better and to work harder. His abs class is fantastic! I have not been to his boot camp, but if it's anything like his body rock classes, it will push your limits. He also has great nutrition tips and some awesome recipes. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you are wanting to achieve. He helped me make it happen! I had a personal record on my last half marathon, cutting more than 8 minutes off my time!!! Train Inc. (Jon Bowie) is the real deal. I came to him, ready to train, after being diagnosed with a chronic illness & being on steroids for 9 months, having gained 20 lbs & without much confidence. I heard he was the best & he was. I didn't want someone who would go easy on me because of my illness but someone who would push me, encourage me & lift me up. Because of his teaching style & knowledge, I was able to loose the weight I had gained & also become stronger than I have even been before.
