Before I completed the TOS course, I would be in a lot of pain and wouldn't really know how to help prevent that pain or know how this pain was occurring. Since doing the course I have learned so much about my body and TOS, I now know which muscles affect my TOS the most and can mitigate the risk of being bed-ridden in pain! Saying that, since completing the course I haven't taken any pain medication or been bed-ridden! More...

I was able to attend one of Adam's workshops today and I did so with some trepidation because it has been so long since I worked out but I just couldn't pass up the sciatica pain workshop. I'm in pain a lot of the time and I'm just over it so off to his workshop I headed. I'm glad I did. Adam was able to accommodate all levels of fitness (or lack thereof, in my case) and I came away feeling much better with a much-improved range of motion. I’ve been dealing with Chronic pain for many many years, have seen many therapists and have tried so many things, my Job In Construction has been very demanding to my body and had experienced several accidents from being struck by a car while riding my bike, a motorcycle accident and the latest one last year, I was in a rear ended collision November of 2018, as a result I had a total of 6 herniated discs and a fractured vertebrate, after worth did chiropractic, pain management, alphabiotic and Physical therapy, did Massages, took supplements, salt baths, etc etc I was at a point where I depended of prescription pain medicine daily to function, every therapist I tried it seemed to be only temporary fix, I had accepted that that’s was becoming my normal and I would have to deal with it an live like that, Pain was affecting my quality of life Every way possible personal, work family in every possible way as it was always present. I started the program last week of September and as October 31st. There’s been progressively Great improvement, I can’t say it’s been magic cause Adam has done a tremendous amount of work combining massage with strengthening therapy and is educating me on proper posture and daily workouts to support the work he does on therapy day, I see it as homework . He does an Assessment to get a base line on your first appointment, and assessment each therapy session too, as daily activities may cause stress, cause or aggravate injury thru out the week I think it good as it may warn him, just case something else may need attention in time to prevent further damage. I have done traditional Physical therapy and a lot of the times, It would feel it was very mechanical as I would notice every single person in the office. Was doing the same things I was, I would wonder if that my injury was on sale.. Can’t express how grateful I am to Adam Villalobos from Train and massage therapy, his attention is really personalized and level of professionalism is beyond anything I have experienced in other therapy clinics. I’m really Happy to be gaining control of my body, very optimistic and motivated to keep moving forward to be healthy and have chronic pain under control. I have just started on his nutrition course (The Last Diet) as I gained so much weight this last year.. look forward on working with Adam not just in pain management but reaching my physical goals . I worked with Adam for 3 months and he was awesome... I've never had a trainer that talked as much junk as I did and still manage yo get me a good workout each visit. I would definitely recommend him yo anyone that needs motivation and help staying accountable for their progress... I had goal but he made me realize that they were a little unrealistic especially for how busy I am. I for 21 lbs during our time together and I could have done it with put him. I even had surgery on my hand so was very limited in my activities but he found and created a plan that still made me sweat bullets even as a 1 hand bandit. Lol.. Excellent boot camp ran by Adam! It was organized, dynamic, fun, and total body which led to a great burn and euphoric feeling afterwards. He's very professional, motivating, and keeps you going the entire session. This was a super fun and unique bootcamp! The competition aspect of the games motivated me to actually want to work out. I liked that it was co-ed. I didn't feel out of place because of my fitness level, especially being a female. Definitely want to do another one, next time I'm bringing friends too! :) More...
