Contributing to the professional progress of people who want to succeed.
Success has always required hard work and focus, and I love it when my clients exhibit the effort it requires to meet their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was 4th generation of a family owned business. I wanted to continue as the 4th generation of a business that was founded in 1862, The lucky thing is that it was a business I grew up in, and loved and included working face to face with employees and customers/clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience is first hand. Even when President/CEO I always stayed on the "front line" with my team, as I love the challenge and the excitement of success.
So, I am not just a scholar, my experience is real and straight out of the trenches. I also have deep relationship resources, so my circles include business contacts and mentors who we can use if needed to leapfrog to the top.

I can provide services online, will travel to your location, or many clients prefer some combination of on-site and remote. We custom the sessions based on what the client prefers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the pandemic, most clients have preferred to have our sessions remote by either telephone or video conference. I am healthy so I will still travel to selected locations if required.
Business Consulting
Both on-site and remote consulting services are available. Many clients prefer some combination of both or just remote for cost efficiencies.
Flexible hours both daytime and evening to accommodate
the clients schedule. All work plans are flexible and designed specifically to meet the client's needs and priorities.
