I cannot recommend Tracy more. I recently purchased a house and did a full remodel of the interior, including a complicated redesign of the kitchen layout. Tracy had a great vision for the kitchen space and had so many awesome ideas so that we could take full advantage of every square inch and still have it look fabulous. I also wanted an incredible area to retreat to and relax in my master bathroom, Tracy did not disappoint! Overall, the experience was worth it and I would ask Tracy to help on remodels in the future. It was great to work with Tracy. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Ours was a long-distance remodel and she handled it beautifully. She always stayed in touch and communicated how things were progressing. She was our eyes and ears on the project. She helped us stay within our budget and gave us great selections to choose from. If you want a designer, pick Tracy. We had a kitchen leak that resulted in the need to demolish our very large kitchen and rebuild from the ground up. Tracy was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a similar situation. (Her kitchen turned out beautifully!) If you want a hardworking, ethical, smart, responsive designer who understands how to translate her clients’ tastes into something they will love - choose Tracy. She very quickly understood what I liked and what I didn’t. It was amazing to me that I immediately loved just about everything she selected for my consideration. She also understands how to work within the client’s budget, while still choosing quality product. Even though we had a great contractor, Tracy was an excellent “middle woman” and helped to ensure that our project stayed on track; she was always able to quickly address any questions or concerns we may have had about the process. After our kitchen was done, Tracy took me shopping for accessories and accoutrements to finish the look. She picked out kitchen furniture that I immediately loved and made sure everything was delivered and assembled to my (and her) satisfaction. Folks — you don’t find many individuals like Tracy these days. She is so committed to her clients and ensuring they are 100% satisfied. I never dreamed of having a kitchen like this — she helped turn my destroyed kitchen into a designer kitchen - and she made the process as easy as possible for me. Tracy was amazing from our first meeting to the last! She listened to our overall vision for the space and made design suggestions that fit along the way. The final design, and finished project, was more than we could have foreseen and imagined!! Working with Tracy was also easy. I have worked several times with Tracy and each project has exceeded my expectations.. All of the projects have been completed through E-design.
Tracy's sincerity and professionalism make completing a project this way less stressful than doing it alone and the results are truly amazing! In our previous house Tracy helped give design and color ideas for my kitchen, living room, and bathroom. She then assisted with the home staging when we went to sell. Using her suggestions on furniture placement, lighting, accessories, and colors helped our home to look it's best. The listing photos turned out amazing and we had a full price offer the first day.
When we purchased our new home I knew that Tracy was the person I wanted to assist with the kitchen remodel. Through email conversations plus pictures and measurements Tracy was able to create a design that increased my storage by more than 50% while working within the existing layout of the kitchen, within the HOA plumbing/electrical rules, and within our budget. She added so many features I had never thought of that bring the kitchen to the next level. Tracy's keen eye for color and detail helped to coordinate the cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and counter tops with the existing woodwork so our entire main level flows together beautifully.
I won't hesitate to hire Tracy again for my next project.

I felt an ease with Tracy from the first time we spoke over the phone. This was our first remodeling project, and I knew we would be overwhelmed by all the decisions that would have to be made. Tracy was a great help in knowing the best places to shop, picking out samples that fit our style and budget, and thinking about details that would never occur to us. Deciding on just one aspect of our remodel (tile, counter top, cabinets, flooring, etc.) would have been enough to drive me crazy, but with Tracy’s expertise and eye for design it all came together effortlessly. Tracy was easy to work with and very helpful in guiding me to make good choices in kitchen backsplash tile, counter tops and sink. It was difficult trying to tie in all existing colors but I am very happy with the results. Also, Tracy was able to quickly envision a solution for fireplace/wall tile that was in proportion to the rest of the room. Tracy was always available and responsive to all my needs. We chose Tracy from this website to assist us with remodeling of two bathrooms. We liked her communication style and felt very comfortable after meeting her for the first time. She developed a design for both the master and guest bathroom that will allow us to "age in place" including widened entry doors, extra space around the toilets to allow assistance if needed, and easy entry showers. I am better with making choices when presented with a few rather than strolling around showrooms and looking for hours online. She took the time to understand my preferences and then brought me samples to choose from. Her master bath design completely rearranged the layout and became a focal point in our home. She was flexible and easy to work with. We enjoyed her infectious laughter and warm personality during the process as she managed the project and kept us informed throughout the remodel. The project was somewhat over the projected budget, but we made several changes during the remodel. Tracy is Fantastic! She is full of great ideas and has helped us with a number of projects both large and small. Our kitchen was transformed from ordinary (at best) room to something that I wouldn't have thought possible given the size and shape that we had. Tracy helped guide our selections for cabinets, tile, colors, options, flooring, etc. I really appreciated her ability to guide our decisions so that the final products we chose fit and flowed well. I finally LOVE my house after 10 years of living here! I thought I was just going to repaint, but Tracy offered so much more.
She really listened to what I was trying to do with a beachy-rustic theme. Not only did we paint, but we added some gorgeous new furniture at super reasonable prices. I've gotten so many compliments on my new family room/ paint colors - and I no longer am constantly window shopping for things to change the look of my house, because Tracy took care of all that for me.
She also didn't waste any time showing me colors or fabrics that she knew I wouldn't be interested in.
I would definitely recommend Tracy for your interior planning/decorating/painting/furnishing needs!
