As someone who has tried just about every gym and boutique studio, I can say that Track Your Fitness is above and beyond your average gym experience. I started training at Track Your Fitness in August and have noticed a change in my confidence and mindset - the two areas I wanted to work on most. I wake up on days that I'm training excited to get into the gym and workout with Karli. I can train with heavier weight in a way that makes me feel safe and confident.They are also helping me get my nutrition in check in a way that is manageable and efficient for me. They are truly the best. I can't say enough good things and I'm so glad I made this investment in myself and my health. Don't hesitate to do the same. More...

This gym rocks. Great atmosphere, new equipment, super clean! The trainers are all professional and know what they are doing. I can't recommend Nick enough, he has motivated me from day one and keeps me coming back for more challenging work outs. If you're looking for a very personal fitness experience look no more. I have belonged to several gyms and boot camps. This is a personal trainer with nutrition in your own upgraded gym. Charlie is great, he keeps me motivated. I used to dread my workouts now I look forward to going. He constantly changes things up and genuinely cares about my progress. I have been working out on my own for many years. I decided to come to Track Your Fitness to change my fitness routine and learn new exercises. I recently trained with Charlie who is very experienced and very knowledgeable of fitness and nutrition. My first day there, we did a body assessment and talked about my fitness goals and what I wanted to improve on and learn. I also told him about my hip and back pain I experienced while working out. My first training session was an awesome experience. Charlie challenged me and taught me new techniques and workouts to target different muscles and areas of my body. Charlie was focused on strengthening specific parts of my body to help improve the way I walk and to lessen the pain I have in my hips and back. He improved my technique, form, and taught me different skills and exercises that I did not know! Charlie is enthusiastic, motivating, and pushed me to my fullest potential. My workout was fun, challenging, and definitely fulfilling mentally and physically. I was also super impressed with the newly renovated facility. Track Your Fitness has brand new, up to date equipment. The cable machine had new hand grips that I have never seen in all the years of working out I have done. The place is very clean and modern. There is a bathroom with a shower that is available for all clients to use. It is honestly a very impressive space! It is bright, welcoming and a very fun place to be!I highly recommend Track Your Fitness to anyone who is looking to either change their fitness routine, learn new exercises, get motivated physically and mentally, lose weight, or to improve their overall health. This is a place for people of all ages. High school athletes can go to improve agility and strength for sports. Even older adults can go to lose weight, improve flexibility, keep moving and improve diet and nutrition. I recommend Track Your Fitness for anyone with any level of physical fitness. I am someone who has worked out for many years, but I experienced new and challenging exercises with Charlie. I am really looking forward to going back and continuing to improve my fitness goals. Track Your Fitness is the best place for one-on-one fitness training. The owner, Charlie and his staff are second to none. The level of expertise on form, variety of exercise, and diet are unparalleled. I have trained with Charlie for over 6 years and wouldn’t consider working out with anyone else. The workouts are constantly being altered to maximize results and keep me engaged. Without question, I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. I have trained with a handful of trainers over the years, but by far, Charlie Pillari is the finest so far. He has educated himself on nutrition, the human physique, and physical fitness. Taking this into consideration, he opened a fine physical fitness studio where nothing can"t be accomplished.
