Jessica did a fantastic job at a 60th b-day party, listening very carefully to what I wanted as the vibe of the evening, fun, music, love, laughter and good food! Â She turned the venue into a playful, elegant space and totally customized. Â It was fun to walk into the room not knowing what it would look like and it all worked and it was beautiful. If you are looking for an event producer, Town Social is beyond amazing! We were lucky enough to work with Jessica to plan a gala for 300 people and so glad we did! Jessica made the event planning experience fun, easy and effective! She is organized, has THE most fun design elements and makes sure an event feels special and unique. Her designs and schematic planning skills are top notch, and her ability to manage vendor relations and coordination is outstanding, and her management of the event itself while being so cool and calm is truly remarkable. If you are planning an event, hire Jessica immediately! She made our Stock the Bar wedding shower a fun and fabulous event. We didn't have to worry about a thing, and we even got to enjoy the party and all the guests! She is so organized, cool calm and collected, but also a lovely person and a joy to work with. She was able to take a wedding invite and play off the themes and colors and create a cohesive style for the party, every little detail was on point. It was a relief having her there, handling everything from the rentals, bar service to the caterer and food timing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I run a princess party company in Los Angeles and therefore meet a lot of event planners who will try to haggle, change event details, and displace their stress onto me. So when I got the call from Jessica, I admit that I was hesitant at first, then that uncertainty quickly washed away as I discovered how professional, prepared, and honest she is. Â *Seriously, check out her instagram "townsocialevents"Fast forward to our tech Company's launch and I wanted someone who was creative and would present fresh ideas. Â Called Jessica up and she immediately started pitching fantastic ideas for our event; everything from the venue, to the food to the decor was all her. Yes, we had a donut/pretzel wall, popcorn table to name a few of the details. Â Did I mention it was held at a working brewery? We hired Jessica to help throw a 40th birthday party. Â She was truly amazing and made the event truly special. Â We had 50 guests and hosted the party at our house and Jess made sure every last detail was taken care of. Â Everything from the decorations to the caterers, bartender and desserts was amazing and made the night. Â A sign of an amazing party is the feedback from the guests - everyone at the party has been full of expressions of great times. Â We have gotten unsolicited feedback stating "no details missed", "caterers were amazing", etc. Jessica was a party savior - she made the impossible possible and took care of all the details so that we could actually do our day jobs and actually enjoy the party while it was going on. Town Social Events is a company that I highly recommend using for your next party. Â A perfectionist myself, but deciding that I needed to enjoy the season instead of just work work working, I hired Jessica and MJ to coordinate our annual holiday firework festivities. I had a few change in plans and Jess and MJ were so amazing to work with. I will first start with their attention to detail- impeccable. They listened to everything I wanted and went with it. They used a lady (I hope I don't get this wrong) Madam X for catering, SHE WAS WOW! A health nut myself and one who wants to serve people good food, her food was spot on. She made bbq chicken right from my grill, an amazing kale salad, veggies, quiche and a beautifully arranged veggie tray. I received many many compliments the day of and next days following on how delish the food was. Apparently the cookies were the best anyone ever tasted and I didn't get any being the host and barely having time to say hi to everyone and anyone (you know how it goes when you are throwing the party). Anyway, Madam X delivered me some a few days later. My guests were right-- Delightful. Â Jess and MJ also hired a fantastic "Santa" for the kids. Our house is always overflowing with kids. LOVE THAT and them. Anyway, every kid at the party couldn't believe how cool it was that the real Santa was at our party. (I wish I had a photo, he should be the real Santa) Jess and MJ also knew how important it was to have the kids entertained so the parents could enjoy themselves too. They arranged some adorable college gals to come assist with crafts for the kids. Again, I wish I had pictures. They did these snowman globes in Kerr jars, ornaments and each kid received their own adorable hot chocolate mug (of course we had hot chocolate and homemade marshmallows to accompany the mugs) to take home as a parting gift. Â The party was a huge hit and I will use Jess and MJ over and over and over again for any and all parties I have. MJ and Jess are THE ONLY team to talk to if you are having an event.I can't say enough good things about them. Â Having thrown a lot of parties and being a chef/caterer myself I wondered how I might partner with them. Â Let's just say I won't host another party without using their services. Â If you are wondering if you need or want a party planner - what do they do and how much will it cost - just call them! Â They make it a completely fun and seamless process for you - from handling vendors, to amazing creative touches. Working with Jessica and Mary Jo from Town Social was a wonderful experience and a smart investment for my friend's going away party. They made it a smooth process from start to finish - hiccups with vendors were quickly smoothed out and handled in the most professional manner. They really care about making you comfortable and putting your wants and needs first. This was especially important to me as I was saying goodbye to my very dear friend and wanted this day to be special for her. On the day of, they were essential to executing an amazing day. This allowed for me and my friend to enjoy her day and her guests. Honestly, they are the best planners that I have worked with - I cannot say enough positive remarks about their work ethic and the end results they produced.
