Through a carefully crafted, playful approach with the mind and the physical body, we work to renew your vigor for life. When the time feels right to you, we go into what's holding you back.

Neuroscience shows we heal and repattern with others, and I welcome with gratitude the chance to be witness and support to unfold your process. I have training in somatic practices to heal trauma.
