Massage Therapy

Excellent..first time experiencing myofascial release and it can be intense sometimes, but so helpful for pain release and there was some swedish in there, some stretching, it's all there. I highly recommend

Q&As

Having my clients feel better physically and mentally. I love when a new client is skeptical and when I finish my bodywork session, they feel like a new person.

Because I am focused on providing a custom massage session that caters to the client and not just their business.

Upgraded cleaning supplies and I follow safety protocols for my bodywork session.

Services

This custom session includes a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, and stretching modalities to help reset your muscles. Therapeutic massage consists of working with your therapist with passive and assistive techniques.

Deep tissue massage is a technique that is primarily used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Deep tissue massage loosens up fascia and is good for increased mobility.

The most common type of massage, Swedish massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with the movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.
