Q&As

A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against chronic non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars, and saturated and industrially produced trans-fats, are essential for a healthy diet.

I first identify the motivating factors for them to achieve their fitness goals. I then evaluate existing conditions that may prevent them from achieving their goals. I want my clients to stay committed to their training; they must commit to a healthy and active lifestyle. In other words, they must remain dedicated long after each session. This dedication involves educating themselves on healthy eating habits and implementing those habits gradually into their life. I ask my clients to download an inexpensive app called commit. Commit helps users form habits by asking he or she if they have achieved the goal they set for that day. For example, "Did you run today?" It will even remind users if they happen to forget. I establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals for my clients. I also encourage my clients to get accountability partners and create an atmosphere of competition.

While protein is indeed essential to get the body of your dream, you can also eat all kinds of healthy post-workout snacks to replenish lost nutrients. Our muscles use all the glycogen they can to fuel during intensive workouts. Post-workout nutrition is essential for getting back the lost glycogen.

I love meeting new and exciting people. I love building a health and fitness community, one client at a time. I love doing fun training and seeing my clients enjoy achieving their goals.

I am a retired United States Marine that served in Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting. I was a professional athlete and have earned several awards. One of my friends struggled with their weight and asked me for help. I worked with him and helped him lose the weight that was putting his life in danger. I enjoyed the experience and started to accept more clients.

I am always honest and reliable. I have over five years of experience as a personal trainer. I have a lot of passion for my job; I have been training in and out of gyms since I was 14. I have studied and have over a decade of knowledge along the way. I am not the sort of trainer who has been training for two years or has gotten his/her Personal training certification and then pretends he or she knows everything. That is not my style or my character. Along the way, I have done both, studied the physiology of the human body, and trained at the highest physical possible level. I always plan and organize realistic goals and expectations for my clients. My clients come first. I give out proper programs. I give out workouts and nutrition programs to all my clients, which are easy to follow.
While other trainers can’t be bothered and simply copy and paste their workouts and diets from other websites or even have their workout or diet programs. God made us all different, so why would a workout or diet program from someone else work for you? The simple answer is it won't! We are all born different from one another, and our bodies are all unique. So, in the end, we all need a workout and diet program specific to our body, shape, and size needs.

Yes, I do one on one sections via Zoom. With any initial fitness session, in-person or not, it’s important to take ample time to discuss the client’s needs and goals for one-on-one training. I identify my client's fitness level, too. I have my client perform a movement assessment so you can get a feel for their strength, balance, and flexibility. Only then can I create a customized program that makes sense for them.

I keep myself self-informed on the latest updates and let my clients know so they can make educated decisions. I have done sections with masks six feet apart. It comes down to what my client is comfortable with and will help them achieve their goals.
