Amazing I am stronger. More fit. Each time is different challenging and fun. Each workout is carefully thought out and prepared. I know I am in good hands.I just returned from a 7 day backpacking trip fueled by my work with Kristen. I was strong, balanced and able to complete a demanding hike carrying a heavy pack. My work with Kristen made this possible. It is a delight training with her and I feel myself getting stronger each time. Great personal trainer! I have had a couple different trainers and Kristin is one of the best. I started training with Kristin this past March and can already see and feel a difference. She makes me want to work out more. Her work outs are always well thought out and different week to week. She not only demonstrates the moves but also explains what they are doing. I definitely recommend Kristin for anyone looking to up their work out game or starting fresh! More...

I started with Kristin this year after realizing that my exercise program was stale and boring. I needed a change to break through and her program provided a much needed boost. It's challenging in a good way and never boring. You also can incorporate the exercises that you learn from her into the rest of the week. I'm really noticing the difference. I have been working with Kristin for about five years now. Workouts are interesting, never boring. She mixes it up all the time which I really appreciate. Her steady guidance and encouragement has inspired me to run two 5Ks and an open water swim. I would have never imagined that this was possible until I started working out with her. I have been training with Kristen since 2007. Wow, that's eight years! I started before my oldest daughter got married and never looked back! I am 66 now, weigh 112 and am in the best shape of my life. I can get down on my knees to play with my grandchildren, I have lots of energy, and my joints do not ache. I feel I am protecting my bones, too, because I have muscle built up around my joints. Kristen changes up the routine every single session and I go twice a week. She takes me through a total body work out - cardio, weight lifting and stretching. She pays particular attention to customizing her workouts for me, depending on what I need. I might also add that Kristen is the ultimate professional. She takes her business seriously and is a good communicator. She stays right on top of schedules, finances, and new exercises. I never really liked this kind of work out until I started working with Kristen, and now I love it. I started working with her in 2014, about a year and a half ago, and I am hooked. Kristen knows how to encourage me to work hard and enjoy it. She stays on top of emerging trends and varies the exercises to work out all of the muscle groups and to keep the work out interesting.
