We used Total Transportation for our wedding on December 21st. The bus was clean and comfortable. The price was the best in the area. There were constant email updates letting me know when the bus arrived and when people were transported which was really nice. The driver arrived early and was extremely professional. He would get out and assist guests off of the bus during stops. They provided shuttle service at no extra cost. The website is a little confusing, but the customer service is so helpful and friendly so don't be afraid to call if you run into problems online. I have used Total Transportation twice this year for company outings and both times the service has been second to none. From the minute you call and schedule to the drivers and the extremely clean and well maintained vehicles, you will not be disappointed. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Total Luxury Limo from the initial phone call to a week after the service. I surprised my husband with an 4 hour ride as part of our 17 year Anniversary to many of the different spots we frequented when we were in our dating years many years ago. Terry, our driver, was very professional and helped tremendously with the surprise, even offering to take photos for us along the way. The staff that helped me book it and keep it a surprise from my husband, were AMAZING to work with. Sending me a photo via text message of the 4 passenger limo to help me decide which would be better for my occasion. The booking process was super EASY! I received a text message upon arrival letting me know he was on location and Terry had the itinerary in hand upon our ON TIME pick up. We had a great day thanks to Total Limo, it was flawless. Lastly, I left some 18 year old precious photos in the back of the limo. I received a call from the company and they offered to mail them out, understanding how important those photos will be to my family for years to come! Used Total Limo for my grooms dinner at the end of June - We needed to accommodate 50 people, so our overall options were pretty limited, but we were able to get the executive coach bus the week before 6/23/17. One of the companies we were working with before Total Limo really dropped the ball on us That weekend there were several events, and most of the other bus companies were completely booked rented the executive coach bus Though I have heard of Total Limo in the past, I didn't consider them initially. I made the assumption that I was going to pay a lot more since it was a premium limo company, but I was wrong. The pricing was almost the same and the bus was much nicer. On top of that the service was exceptional. I worked with Rachel and she was fantastic. Downtown rush hour traffic in Minneapolis traffic on a Friday night can be pretty hard to navigate in a +56 person bus, especially with all the construction. We had to make a few stops around mpls and some of those valet pick up/drop offs make tricky to get in and out, but our driver Bob handled it like a pro. One thing I didn't even think of doing was to let the hotel know that we were picking up a number of people there so they were not prepared for a huge coach bus. Don't make the same mistake I did - let your locations know you have a big bus coming so the valet is prepared, as well as direct people.
