We had a last minute request for Prom Night. Total Luxury Affairs Limo Service definitely came through!!! They were honest about what they could versus could not accommodate, and even offered to refer us to colleagues if they couldn’t help. (I honestly appreciated that they would have sooner guided us elsewhere, rather than cut corners or mismanage our expectations.) Fortunately, we were able to put together an alternative plan that treated our Teens to a WONDERFUL, scenic, and FUN evening limo ride to their Prom. BTW, the limo is BEAUTIFUL (and the inside—super CLASSY)! You won’t find a better-valued chauffeured ride for the price. (Please give them a call & see for yourself!) Let me just say that TLA was a life saver!! Two days before our big day Billy and I were reviewing our checklist and all of a sudden we realized we forgot about our own safe ride home. Frantically searching I was reached out to by Miriam with TLA after signing up for bark.com, not only was she the only one to reach out, which I’m glad she was because, what a blessing!! Miriam was absolutely amazing and very easy to talk to, her customer service and follow up is top notch!! Michael was our driver, he was great! I rented a hummer stretch this past weekend for my daughters 18th birthday. She and her friends were picked up at my home and driven into Charlotte for dinner and pictures afterwards. Michael was the chauffeur and he was simply amazing and the girls said he ‘was cool af’. Lol. He’s a very quiet guy. Respectful. Courteous. On time. Limo was immaculate on the inside and outside. I had no worries with him watching over the girls. Miriam was also very sweet to work with and made the process n contract easy. Pricing was affordable too. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Communication was prompt and friendly, contract was easy to complete, and value was exceptional. On the day of our event, the limo was on time, clean, decorated in our party colors. Our chauffeur was extremely polite & kind.
