He is a professional who kept us in the loop every step of the process and even sent us teaser progress pictures to get us even more excited. Gabe at Total Detailing has been amazing to work with from start to finish. He truly enjoys his job and as a customer, you can tell by his constant communication throughout the whole process and of course by the finished product. I am a night owl and I had a few questions for Gabe at around 1 AM so I messaged him on Facebook Messenger not expecting to get a reply until the next day but to my surprise, he answered within minutes and he addressed all my question and concerns. I don't know of many Business owners that are willing to speak with a client after normal business hours let alone at 1 AM - that's just how dedicated Gabe is. During the 2 Step + coating process Gabe kept me in the loop with frequent pictures and videos showing me how the work is progressing and getting me excited for the finished product.
