We wish to ensure we can still provide 5 star service moving forward, but are handling things a little differently. Several systems are/have been in place to assist us in providing the best service possible. We have a state of the art phone system that greets you professionally 24/7 even outside of our office hours and directs your calls quickly to the team best suited to handle your needs. If your calling outside of our posted hours your call may route to a vm, which allows you to leave a vm for our office team to receive next business day. You can follow the menu prompts or dial an extension directly. once you have been assigned a company representative we will tag your further incoming calls, so that they will go to that person when you call back, if they are available. We start by utilizing the information you provided online with your initial request. Additional information is collected, then added to a cloud based systems to ensure we have your information for our Quoter. Images, notes, measurements, and repair or fabrication notes are then uploaded, by our Quoter. Next one of our Staff will review the notes from that database, furthermore looking up essential details about your property and creating an account in our cloud based billing system and building a quote starting with a detailed list of the required parts needed when the job is accepted. This appears on your quote and is later used by our warehouse team to order, fabricate and pull your order for our install team. Some property owners request multiple options fof their proposed project, like wood fence vs PVC or Chainlink fence costs, or An individual email usually goes out within 7 days for each of the options separately. Some material can change in price every 72 hours, so delays in receiving your quote usually result in price verification from suppliers. Our billing system allows you to create a log in to help manage, view, save information from multiple quotes, invoices, projects, or properties all in one place. Updates are live and are viewable with a simple webpage refresh, when changes are made. Our Warehouse team is the only one working in our office currently based on workflow needs, so our office is closed by appointment only and may remain that way moving forward. Our website is a great source of helpful information, with new content added upon request. it is also worth noting that our staff will entirely be working in the field with customers just like you and may not respond immediately, please allow us an opportunity to respond, which we will do quickly. Our office phone does accept direct text messaging for additional convenience.
Most communications will be handled via phone, email, text messaging, or other electronic messaging, moving forward indefinitely.
In many cases we have one of our project coordinators come out same day or the next business day to best evaluate your exact needs. Our staff will avoid physical contact and keep a distance when possible. We ask that you assist us by taking photos, and providing information via direct text messaging, in app messaging, email.
Afterwards we e-mail a written quote to the email address you provide.
