it's an amazing gym the equipment is always functional the facility is always clean and there's always parking . I love this gym! Gina and Jeff make it a point to know their members. It’s a supportive and friendly environment, a truly judgement free zone. I have always seen posts asking about Gyms that are local and for ones with childcare as well. I finally went ahead and joined Gold's Gym in totowa. It is amazing! The childcare is phenomenal. The girls are so hands on and really make sure the kiddos are well cared for. And its not just oriented towards the younger age group! I also bring my 12 year old and she is able to hang out as well (video games and other things are available). But I think what was been just over the top is the level of support you get at Gold's. It doesnt feel commercial. Everyone there is there for you. I had been terrified of trying to work out again. I went through major reconstructive surgery of my leg, have other health issues and lost so much muscle etc. I have been taking their Gold's fit classes where we all work together with a PT. Lou, Gio, Heather and Faraz are amazing. So are the members that take the class with me! I was always worried about not fitting in and not keeping up but the group PT has allowed everyone to go at their own pace while encouraging eachother and having the input of the PT right there. The classes are seriously challenging! I'm just seriously impressed! And really thankful I found them! Seriously give them a try! And try out their Gold's fit group classes! More...

This gym is fantastic. Completely renovated, great people & vibe, new equipment, great classes and unbelievable Child Care area. ..modern with that cool old school “Golds” serious fitness vibe. This gym is the perfect gym for parents! The childcare/kids club is amazing - every woman that works there is so kind, caring and qualified. You can tell they truly care about the well-being of every child - I have absolutely no hesitation dropping off my 2 children there (7 months & 3 years). They always make sure they’re staffed to accommodate how ever many kids are there to ensure an appropriate ratio of caregivers to children, with a minimum of 2 always there (during the hours they’re open). The childcare room and attached bathroom is incredibly clean - as is the rest of the facility. My 3 year old LOVES going to the gym with me. The front desk staff are super friendly and also make great shakes (highly recommend you give them a try �). The owners are often there and are extremely involved in the every day operation of the gym. They’re also very receptive to feedback, both positive and negative (although I, personally, have no negatives to say about Gold’s). They are constantly making improvements to the gym - currently they’re working on a boxing room and creating a cross fit wing. There’s a ton of equipment, both weights and cardio (all very clean). They offer a wide range of classes and all the classes are great for whatever shape you’re in. The instructors show modifications for each move to either increase or lower the intensity, so you get what you put into the class. Roe & Maria are my personal favorites, you’ll never go wrong with a class they’re teaching! For those who like to tan, they also have both an upright and lay down tanning bed � I honestly cannot say enough good things about this gym!!! More...

I love this gym!! Been a member for a little over a month and it’s been great. I’ve been having training sessions with Faraz n boy is he pushing me to be the best me. I wont lie when he’s pushing me I want to tap out lol but glad he’s been helping me reach my goals!! He’s also been helping my daughter!! Would def recommend this gym. Only thing I wish they’d stay open later on Saturdays at least but other than that no complaints!! Thank you to all the staff for being attentive to me n my families needs!!
