Food was amazing here, loved the atmosphere and such great taste in all of its food. I guess I should've taken pics of our meals but it smelled so good we forgot and left the plates nice and empty. My family has eaten at several Thai restaurants in San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. But this is definitely our favorite one, the one we always return to because we know the dishes will never disappoint.  It is a cute, nicely decorated and clean restaurant. Tom, the manager, always makes us feel so welcome -- like we are members of his family.  From our brief talks with him, we could see how much pride and love is put into the food. No shortcuts in the kitchen at this place. This restaurant has the best Pad Thai of any Thai restaurants I have eaten at. It's perfectly seasoned and not too sweet. The noodles are tender, yet firm enough and not  sticky and gooey. Their yellow curry dish is flavorful with a rich savory taste. Their spicy vegetable with basil and beef is particularly delicious. The vegetables always taste fresh and are perfectly cooked, neither too crunchy nor too soft.  My daughter likes to order sweet sticky rice with mango to go. I reluctantly sampled it once because I never cared for this dish. But I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was at Top Thai. My taste buds fell in love with it! Their Tom Yum soup is delicious, too, and I am a tough critic when it comes to soups. Try their egg rolls. They are artistically cut, crunchy, and non-greasy with tender, moist vegetables inside. They come with a sweet sauce that complements the egg rolls' taste. The taste of the dishes is always consistent.  I also tasted their chow mein beef dish. It came perfectly seasoned and was delicious. And we always get friendly and fast service at this place. My colleagues and I order from this place and let me start by saying I called them 3 times with questions with their menu and the 3 times the man who answered the phone was incredibly nice and helpful and everytime before we hung up he told me call us back with any questions. Love the customer service. We ordered chicken Pad Thai and Pad see u, WoW it was delicious and Big Portions. They delivered our food in less than an hour. The delivery man was really polite. I just wanna say  This place was so amazing. Thai food is my favorite type of asian food (especially for noodles) so I've tried almost every thai place, but I was so shocked to not have tried this place. I got the seafood noodle soup with glass noodles and the taste was sweet and tangy with that perfect seafood savoriness. I also tried the yellow curry and spaghetti basil, and they were all super good. All the food was very authentic too, not too sweet, not too salty. I recently stumbled across Top Thai when I was in Reseda.  It was right by another Thai but I picked this one because inside look very simple and clean.  I ordered the following:Shrimp and veggies spring rolls ($7):  It has shrimp, carrots, mint, basil, and lettuce wrapped in rice paper. It came with a peanut and hoisin sauce.  This was very simple, light and refreshing. Tom Yum Noodle Soup ($10): it had bean sprouts, green onion, ground chicken, fish balls and fried wonton.  This time I ordered it without the ground chicken and it was still really good.  The broth was flavorful, nice sweet and sour.  You can order from Mild to hot.  I ordered hot but it still was not hot enough so I added more chili powder and it was perfect.
