What inspired you to start your own business?
We loved the idea of something different every day! We also recognized the skill set so many hard-working people have and want to allow them to use their skills, experience and passion in an environment they can strive in! We have also seen how many people always something have to celebrate and don't know where to start! We are here to be of assistance before, during and after all your events!

captains
As a direct report to the Special Events Manager, the Event Captains will be responsible for managing events on-site. Additionally, this person will be responsible for reporting any necessary equipment damage, maintenance, or misuse to ensure functionality for upcoming events.
servers
serving food and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. Their duties include greeting guests and taking their orders, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed.
event manager
An event manager oversees the design, set-up, and execution of events that bring people together. These events can run from small networking meetings with a few dozen guests to large-scale conferences with thousands of attendees over several days—and everything in between. Keeps event staff in order to BEO, communicates with clients, guests, coordinators, vendors.
coordinators
responsible for all the little details, making sure that the plan will work properly. An event coordinator assists the event planner and handles countless tasks. For instance, event coordinators may communicate with vendors, choose venues, work with guests, and organize delivery dates.
team lead
They're responsible for running a range of event staff before, during and after the event has taken place.
synchronized service
Ballet service: Elegant style of synchronized meal service, with several tables served at one time as a line of servers (one per guest for the tables to be served) enters with plated food and encircles each table, placing the plates in front of each guest simultaneously.
Event planner
budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third-party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature so process of planning and execution of each event differs on basis of the type of event.
