Was most impressed with this company when I reached out to them one day prior to needing their service and within seconds got a message back and call back to accept even though they already had other bookings! They showed up very early to the event for set up and had nothing but extreme professionalism throughout the night! Richard from Top Hat provided excellent service in operating the photo booth. He was punctual, organized , set up & provided variety of props . . all in like new condition. He interacted with our guest making them comfortable experiencing the fun of a photo booth for our Halloween party .Richard volunteered to judge the costumes as he was unbiased not knowing any of the guest , which was truly appreciated . . I would highly recommend Top Hat Photo Booth. I would suggest limit the # of people in group pictures to be no more than 6 at a time for the print out strips - larger groups would be good in digital pictures. TopHat Photo Booth was a recommendation from a friend who used them at their wedding and they were an excellent choice to go with! They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Richard was extremely efficient with response times, as well as making sure our design on the photo strips were made to perfection! The attendants were helpful, friendly and welcoming. There were a good amount of props for my guests' to use at the wedding, and that was a total bonus!! Richard was also very quick with turn around, and sending us every copy of photo in a digital version. Thank you TopHat staff for being so awesome on our wedding day (March 10) ! They came early and set up before my guest arrived. It was such a huge hit at my party!! The props were cool and very appropriate for my event. I was very indecisive and all over the place and the owner Richard was very patient, knowledgeable and professional and didnt try to upsell me unnecessary upgrades. Thank you to Top Hat and Richard for the wonderful photo booth at my wedding!! Everybody had a blast taking pictures and the pictures turned out great! I loved the variety of props, that there was a second attendant (thank you to him as well!), and how helpful of Richard was in making sure everyone was in the shot! I loved the option of not having any paper and people can upload it directly to their social media. That way my guests didn't have to worry about leaving their pictures anywhere and it was so much more convenient!
