I was a skeptic but I was also feeling desperate and felt like the average therapy and psychiatrist visits weren’t really helping as much as I need. Tony seemed to understand and has done more for me in a short period of time than the results I achieved in the year+ of the other. I am thankful to Tony for his help and his knowledge!! More...

Q&As

My journey started when I did not understand why life was so hard. I dealt with my struggle with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I reached out for help and, in doing so, found my deep love for the human experience and transformation. I genuinely enjoy helping others achieve personal freedom from things and thoughts that keep them from fulfilling their dreams. The process of self-discovery is a liberating process that I am familiar with. I can help and guide you in your circle of self-discovery and help sort out challenges to help you achieve your goals.

I have always wanted to help others discover the liberation of the mind. The mind is a powerful tool; when used correctly, you can overcome obstacles, addictions, and substance use. This is what inspired me to begin my own business. I am here to help you through your journey.

I completed my Associate of Arts Degree with a concentration in Psychology in chemical dependency and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology Degree with a specialization in General Psychology from Northcentral University. I am pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Psychology specializing in Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders from Northcentral University. I am certified by the International Hypnosis Association as a Certified Hypnotherapist; I have over six years of experience across various settings, including community mental health, child and family agencies, mental health advocacy, intake/continuity of care, psychological assessments, and inpatient behavioral health programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I also work as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology in undergraduate studies for students at the University of the People. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and the International Hypnosis Association.

I am based and Licensed in WA State. Therefore, I only offer service online via a secure zoom like platform. The sessions are confidential and secured.
