I have worked with Tony Hunt for 2 years now. We hired him to design a website for our company that would help communicate to 150+ employees and organize important documents for our team. Our websites intention was for private use; however our public side of our website has been the most beneficial. In the past year we had over 2,000 map requests from Google places- for only two of our locations. Tony built all of my Google place pages, configured Google analytics with a weekly reporting tool, and now is doing a local directory listing program for us. He is helping drive traffic to our store in ways we never attempted before. Our company now has a professional Facebook page and Twitter account associated with our website. He helps me communicate with our corporate partners and local ad-agency to make sure we are not duplicating efforts. There is so much information that Tony has taught me over the past couple years that has helped me be the mediator for our company in technical decisions. The most memorable moment where Tony saved me time and stress was when he solved technical issue with an access point and a RF scan gun. I drove 5 separate trips to location 30 minutes away, spending an average of an hour per trip on the phone with the manufacturer’s technical support team. They escalated me up the line all the way to the programmer who wrote the code to make the RF scan gun work with the AP. I ran every cable in the building, so I knew it was not a wiring issue because we tested every length and connection in the equation. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Tony and he solved my issue with a simple suggestion. His well-rounded knowledge in the IT industry has made my job so much easier.
