Loved loved loved this place and it’s food. Starting off, the inside was very clean, staff are friendly and attentive and all had great attitudes The good: a menu big enough to give choices but not expansive to where you can’t figure out what you want The great: sauce. A perfect balance of flavor, not acidic or bland, yet not over spiced. (I can’t stand pizza sauce that tastes like raw acidy tomato with the whole spice rack tossed in). Crust: super thin, soft and chewy crust with the puffy end everyone loves. The Super Great: The fact that this place can produce a fully cooked paper thin crust that’s soft and chewy and not raw. So many wood fired pizza places end up serving you a raw and doughy crusts with watery sauce that ruins the experience. Fun perks: variety of unique sauces to add to your pizza or philly Almost forgot the philly: excellent. Great soft roll meat is moist and flavorful. Your choice of cheese and add in veggies make this a winner for everyone who has their Philly preference. The fact that they have cheese whiz as an add on says it says everything.. so many midwesterners don’t realize this is how the true Philly is served. 5 star authentic Philly. About as close to Authentic Italian as I have had in Minnesota so far. Every pizza was delicious right down to the spicy pepperoni (salami)! Everyone there was super friendly too! You guys should check out Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks if you haven't already. They have incredibly amazing food and their staff is always so friendly and helpful! I have been here lots already and have never been disappointed. Their pizza is incredible (I love the No. 18 with some balsamic glaze on top) and their cheese steaks are to die for (No. 8 with their garlic aioli is or the No. 4 with bacon and an egg on top ) Seriously, go get some food from here!!!!
