How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I start by figuring out a S.M.A.R.T. goal that my client id looking at reaching. I then sit down with them to find where they currently are and game plan how to get them their as well as discussing healthy lifestyle changes in order to maintain after they reach their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The only secret to get the body of your dreams is determination. Sometime you won’t want to eat heathy and some days you will want to skip a workout, but determination will get you to still do the things you need to.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the positive changes that I get to see in my clients happen while we are on the road to meeting their goals. Not just physically, but mentally. Seeing the confidence boost and a new can do attitude in life are two of my favorites!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business in order to spend more time with my kids and give me the chance to change more peoples lives than just the people that went to the gym I worked at.

Yes, about 80% of my clients are remote currently. I do this with open lines of communication, weekly checkins, multiple progress trackers, nutrition tracking, and more.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have made sure to offer virtual classes to make my clients more comfortable working out in the safety of their own home as well as complying with all regulation when in person training.
