Toms Events and Floral Designs

After trying four previous florist numbers in the area on a Saturday just before lunch where I needed to get an urgent delivery to my sister to cheer her up, only Tom's Events and Flowers was able to come through and deliver, and deliver they did. Within 2 hours of my call, they had a beautiful arrangement to my sister! I'm so thankful for this florist that I even mentioned them in an upcoming article on my blog. Gorgeous arrangement!!! I've searched long and hard for flower delivery in the charleston area and was really bummed by the last few deliveries so much so I decided to never send flowers again because the money spent did  not measure up to the end result. Well I came across Tom and my expectations were exceeded. He is nice and personable and puts the customers needs first. Being a designer I usually have a vision for my flowers dependent upon the recipient....colors, type, arrangment..etc..He was open to my input or changes. The whole experience was pleasant and I was thrilled with the result. It was money well spent. He will definetely be my go to in the future. More...

Tom goes above and beyond every time!  I have been using Tom as my personal florist (his words, not mine) for several years now.  He is "on call" most anytime I need a special floral arrangement or gift basket and he ALWAYS COMES THROUGH!  What's more, the arrangements he puts together are unlike any I've ever seen from any florist--absolutely beautiful!  His work makes me look good!  He even updates me by text to confirm an order and let me know when my delivery is on the way or to coordinate showing up just-in-time for a special moment.  I've also attended a function that Tom's company planned and decorated for and it went like clockwork. Everybody was commenting on the table and stage decorations.  I can't say enough about the work this guy's company does.  He truly understands customer service and won't stop until I'm satisfied.  I HIGHLY recommend him and his company!!  Use them and you won't be disappointed.
