Tom took my hyper, energetic, and mischievous Golden Retriever and completely transformed her into a calm, obedient, and attentive dog. Throughout each session, he showed me the tools needed in order to keep working with her between trainings and helped me understand that patience goes a long way. Tom himself is super friendly and easy to work with - I was a little nervous and embarrassed to try a trainer because no one ever wants to feel like a failure, but he completely erased any insecurity I had and gave me the confidence to be able to work with my pup.
