I have an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute if Integral Studies in San Francisco- the first program in the world to blend Western schools of psychology with Eastern spiritual traditions.

I offer therapy grounded in academic rigor and scientific evidence. Anxiety, depression, and shutting down in relationships can dampen the connection you feel with yourself and the ones you love. I am here to help you reconnect with your unique essence , that spark of aliveness, warmth and peace you may already know as your own true self, but may feel gone or lost.
