The RIGHT nutrition program, coupled with the RIGHT weight training program, coupled with the RIGHT cardiovascular program - will yield the best and fastest results!

I truly enjoy helping people establish healthy and realistic goals, evaluate their nutrition, make nutritional recommendations based upon their goals and current habits and lifestyle, and develop training programs. I enjoy helping others with their mind-set and accountability, and to make this work for them within their life and unique individual environment.
Assisting individuals with fundamental nutritional and training knowledge resonates with me. I greatly look forward to helping individuals with their varied goals. This can certainly include transformational goals, weight loss or weight gain goals, as well as working with athletes to maximize their potential on their given field of sport. I understand that obstacles can try to come in the way of us achieving our goals. And these obstacles can come in many forms including lack of supportive people around us, as well as adopting new lifestyle changes until these changes become natural, new habits. And yet, with the proper attitude, I know we can smash these barriers and achieve great things!

And then there was July of 2018. I came into the house and Melissa was on the phone. She looked at me and it was obvious that something was very wrong. She mouthed the word “Cancer”. The world stops, your ears get hot, you can’t really hear a thing. Melissa, my beautiful wife of 30 years was diagnosed with stage 2, triple negative, breast cancer. For the uneducated like me…that’s pretty bad. Chemo, surgeries, radiation, lots of praying, and much love from family and friends. And now she is doing great! Chemo is crazy on the body, and Melissa will tell you that nutrition has really helped her recovery.
Watching Melissa go through this with such grace has been a real learning lesson for all of us. There is no quit! How can I not hit the gym hard and take care of myself after seeing all that she went through??
See, when people ask me why I train, I often say “For those that can’t – and want to”.
Additionally, the one BIG thing that I learned over these past few years is to Seize the Day, because we don’t know what tomorrow will bring! And, with this thought in mind, I left “corporate America” in November 2019.

For the duration of our agreement

During normal business hours: M-F 8am to 5pm

I will do my best to return all messages within a 24 hour period

I will work with your doctor and other healthcare providers to implement a solution for any special situations, if needed.

You and I need to have a high level of communication to understand your particular goals, work together to set realistic goals, understand your challenges as well as your environment, to create the best program for you.

This process is different... it’s about you, and your goals, your unique environment, making this work for you! Making this sustainable for YOU!

You will learn fundamental skills, incrementally over time, to have a solid foundation of self-care habits to support your health for the rest of your life.

We work with you on a very individual basis to create a synergistic plan to help you achieve health and fitness goals and teach habits to make those results sustainable!

There are many aspects to a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. These include nutrition, resistance training, a variety of types of cardiovascular training, as well as the proper mind-set and accountability. All of these items must work in concert with one another. I believe that this is where most plans fail. This synergy will be a key element in your navigation towards the best version of YOU!

Everybody requires some level of accountability. Frankly, I think that’s one of the main problems with most nutrition and training programs – the lack of accountability. I really want to fix that!

We will be meeting weekly (virtually) to cheer our success, answer questions, and "plan" to continue our progress towards our goals.

Accountability comes in different forms and means different things to different people, and I want to work with you to come up with a system that works best. I’ve utilized a variety of accountability systems in the past and I’m sure that we, working together, can come up with a system or systems to keep you focused and motivated in navigating the right path to achieve your goals!

You will have unlimited phone, email, text support – for the duration of our agreement - during normal business hours. That is generally from 8am to 5pm (eastern) Monday thru Friday. Communications that come in late in the day (after 5pm) will be addressed the following day. I will do my best to return all messages within a 24 hour period.

As much as I personally love training and helping others, “Life Balance” is critical to me. Please understand that the evening hours and weekends are for me to recharge my batteries and reconnect with my family.
